Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via Shipit Oy and its logistics partners.
Available shipping options may include different delivery methods depending on the destination and package size (e.g. letter delivery or parcel delivery with tracking).
Pickup of orders is not available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the current pricing of Shipit Oy.
The final shipping cost depends on:
- destination country
- parcel size
- parcel weight
- selected delivery method
The applicable shipping fee is shown to the customer before completing the order.
We do not offer free shipping unless explicitly stated in a promotion.
Undelivered or Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is not collected from the pickup point or delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, the order may be returned to the sender.
Any additional shipping costs for resending the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that failure to collect a parcel does not automatically constitute order cancellation.
Delayed Deliveries
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control. If a significant delay occurs, we will inform customers via email.
