1. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Right)
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer (or a third party other than the carrier) receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision to withdraw from the purchase, for example by email:

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition
- The item must be unused, except for what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functionality
- The item must be returned in a way that it can be resold
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
3. Return Deadline
Items must be returned within 14 days from the date you notify us about the cancellation of your order.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund:
- Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed
- Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Digital products (if delivery has begun with customer consent)
6. Return Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
